Cursillo Leaders Workshop I (CLW-I)
[R]
This workshop is
the basic workshop for a new Movement or a
Movement with new leaders. It is designed to
give the leaders an in depth view of the
Purpose, Strategy, and Method of the Cursillo
Movement. If a Diocesan Movement has never had
a CLW or if it has been a number of years since
the last CLW, then CLW-I would be the workshop
that should be given rather than CLW-II or LFW.
Cursillo Leaders Workshop II (CLW-II)
[R]
This workshop is
designed to be a follow up on CLW-I. Where CLWI
explores the basics (Purpose, Strategy, Method),
CLW-II goes a step farther and tries to capture
the mentality of the founders of the Movement.
The workshop attempts to give to those
attending, the view of the Movement as seen by
the founding fathers.
Leaders Formation Workshop (LFW)
[R]
This workshop is
quite different than CLW-I and CLW-II. Unlike
CLW-I, it gives little attention to the Purpose,
Strategy, and Method of the Movement. And
unlike CLW-II, it gives little attention to the
mission of the Church and the vision of the
Movement and the mentality of the founders.
Instead, it deals with who a leader is, what
formation he/she needs, and what the growth
process of the School of Leaders is and how the
contents of the LFW presumes that the
participants already know a great deal about the
Movement and have the proper Cursillo
mentality. Therefore, one should have attended
a CLW prior to attending the LFW.
Spiritual Advisors Workshop
[R]
The Spiritual
Advisors Workshop is designed to produce the
same type of fruits for the priests, vowed
religious and deacons in the Movement as our
CLW's and LFW has produced for the lay leaders
of the Movement. The talks of the workshop
center on the Cursillo as a Movement and method,
and the role of the Spiritual Advisor on the
Cursillo weekend, at Ultreya, In
Pre/Postcursillo, at the School and in
celebrating liturgies and giving Spiritual
direction.
Cursillo Evangelization Workshop (CEW)
[D]
The CEW is
designed to help Cursillistas to understand why
they were called to their Cursillo weekend - to
be evangelizers. The entire workshop centers on
what it means to be an evangelizer and what
tools the Cursillo Movement provides us with to
evangelize.
Pre-Cursillo Workshop
[D]
Diocesan
Cursillo Movement to better understand how they
are to select and prioritize environments within
the diocese that needs evangelized. It points
out how we should select and prepare the key
people of these selected environments to live
the Cursillo weekend in order to go back to
their environments to form an environmental
group. The workshop also shows how the
individual Cursillistas should be selecting key
people from the environment they are immersed
in.
The
Cursillo Weekend Workshop
[D]
This workshop is
designed to assist the Diocesan Cursillo
Movement to conduct a simple, pure Cursillo
weekend using people who are living the Cursillo
Method. It covers the role of the Team
Coordinator, Team Members, Spiritual Directors,
etc., and what Palanca for the weekend should
be.
Postcursillo Workshop
[D]
As the Leaders
Manual states; "If the purpose of the Cursillo
Movement is to find, lead to conversion and
sustain evangelizers in their task of
evangelizing the world, then the most difficult
task will always be to sustain them." The
Postcursillo Workshop reinforces the tools of
the Cursillo Method - Group Reunion and
Ultreya. It goes a step further and shows how
we must use the Group Reunion method in forming
environmental groups with other Christians in
the environment we are immersed in.
Pastoral Planning Workshop
[D]
This workshop is
designed to assist the Diocesan Secretariat and
the School of Leaders to develop a plan to take
the Movement from where it is in a diocese to
where it can and should be: effectively
transforming environments in the diocese. The
workshop points out that without a plan, we tend
to wander at the whim of the present
leadership.
Commitment Workshop
[D]
This workshop
has the Diocesan leaders taking a good look at
"what prevents me from making a deeper
commitment to the Cursillo Movement." It then
has a way to have the participants arrive at a
solution for these obstacles. |
