PalancaPalanca is not letters or books or other "things". It is the prayer and sacrifice offered to God to obtain something. Palanca allows a person to move things which are beyond normal strength, just as prayer and sacrifice allow an apostle to accomplish more than otherwise capable of.
Encourage Them with your Palanca We pray for all of the team and all of the candidates and you may send one general letter to be read during the weekend and then posted on the wall in the conference room. If your spouse is on the team or you sponsored a candidate, please feel free to write a personal letter and mark the envelope either spouse or sponsor. These will be delivered during the weekend. If you would like to send your general palanca letter to the Spiritual Life Center, please mark the envelope Cursillo Palanca. The address is: Spiritual Life Center, 7100 E. 45th St. North, Wichita, KS 6722. If you would like to send individual notes to any or all of the candidates, please feel free to do so. They will be sent home in their closing packets to provide that spiritual boost needed as they begin their fourth day. As we approach this weekend "on our knees," we can be assured that all will be blessed. |
